Choose a Track That Best Fits Your Needs:   Standard or Weight Loss

 Standard Challenge

  • All of the tracks including the Standard are based on delicious, nutrient dense, whole foods and eliminate the top food allergens along with the common causes of inflammation including sugar, alcohol and caffeine.  Most people will lose some weight on this track.

 Weight Loss   

  • Most participants lose weight on the Standard program; however, the weight loss track is based on the latest weight loss science and includes Dr. Sara Gottfried’s Hormone Resets. The menu is lower in carbohydrates, higher in protein and fiber and includes other weight loss tips and education.

What to Expect

Within 24 Hours of Enrolling

  • Welcome email regarding setting your intention and preparation

  • PDF’s with information, menu and shopping list

Preparation Phase (4 days)

  • Preparation emails begin as you shop and plan for the 21 days

  • Be prepared to eliminate the following: sugar, caffeine, alcohol, gluten, dairy, corn, soy and eggs

  • Be prepared to add the following: a lot more colorful fruits and veggies, fiber, mindfulness, stress reduction, self-compassion

21 day Reset Phase

  • Begins January 31st

  • First webinar at 7pm

  • Daily emails with educational themes

  • Weekly webinars (Mondays at 7:00pm)

Re-introduction Phase (1-2 weeks)

  • Begins February 21st

  • Plan for re-introducing foods will be given along with a webinar dedicated to this topic

  • Final webinar and email will be on February 21st

Maintenance Phase

  • After the re-introductions, you choose how you want to eat and what new habits to incorporate to keep you feeling as great as you feel at the end of the challenge
