Studio Classes

Apart from Pilates, we offer a number of ongoing and limited engagement classes

Balance Class

A combination of standing balance exercises and a little bit of strengthening as it helps balance. The class will be limited to 6 attendees and we will use various equipment and the gym area.

PRI PT Mat Class

A 5 week progressive PRI focused mat class to help perfect techniques that you can apply to your own PT exercise regimen and current reformer classes. We will use a mat, band and ball to take your PRI knowledge to the next level and have a great time!
